Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you have to cancel for any reason. If you need to cancel, rescheduling will depend on availability. If 24 hours notice is not provided, all session fees paid will be forfeited and remaining balance will be processed automatically. If for some reason I have an emergency and need to reschedule for any reason, you will also be notified as soon as possible. In the event of an act of God unable to be controlled by the photographer (examples include but are not limited to: weather, catastrophic events, pandemic).

    I have a very strict sick policy to ensure the safety and well-being of every newborn/child/family that enters the studio. Please do not come to your session if you or your child are ill. I will cancel the session if it appears you are ill and rescheduling will depend on availability. No exceptions. I will in return notify you if I am ill and need to reschedule.

  • Your session will begin at the scheduled time, even if the client is late. The session end time will remain the same. A strict timeline will be enforced to ensure all obligations of this contract are met.

  • Yes. Your gallery will be hand edited and in line with the work seen on my website and portfolio. The photographer is not responsible for editing to change the body contour of appearance. Should any additional requests be made, each image will be charged at $10 per image after the first request. Additional requests are at the discretion of the photographer and a turnaround time will be based on requests made. All requests must be paid in full prior to any work being done. Examples of additional editing include but are not limited to: skin retouching where the photographer did not deem necessary, body or facial enhancements, changes to hair, modifications of clothing due to wardrobe choice, face swaps if possible, major background distractions, or removal of naturally occurring elements at the location.

  • Our standard turn around time for edited images is typically within 7-10 business days. However, we understand that sometimes life happens, and you may need your images sooner. That's why we offer a rush fee option for those who require expedited delivery.

    Starting from Tuesday through Thursday, and on select weekends, we offer a rush fee service to prioritize your editing requests. This means that if you need your images in a shorter time frame, we will work diligently to ensure they are ready for you as quickly as possible.

    Please note that the rush fee is necessary to accommodate the additional resources and manpower required to expedite the editing process. We want to maintain the same level of quality and attention to detail that we are known for, even when working under tight deadlines.

  • Yes. Deposits are due upon booking. Please be mindful that some sessions require FULL payment. All bookings must be made on the website. Deposits are transferable one time after cancellation but must be used within 1-2 months.

  • A photo booth is guaranteed fun for all types of events including: weddings, bar/bat mitz- vahs, quinceañeras, corporate events, holiday parties, birthday parties, fundraisers, etc. People of all ages and backgrounds love photo booths!

  • The booth is very easy to use! Just press the big button and strike a pose. The booth will countdown and snap away!

  • Yes, we can add a personalized logo to the bottom of each strip. Please inquire for more details.

  • Yes. Included in the rental is an on-site technician who will be there for the duration of the event to make sure everything runs smoothly.
